We will revisit two meditation rituals that use the traditional steps of transformation of tantra. Energy is transformed by moving it upwards to find expression in a higher chakra. For example, as we move energy from the third to the fourth chakra, it becomes instead of the expression of power, the manifestation of love. We will combine two powerful meditations. As we breathe together in the fire breath we marry together two chakras at a time, moving up to the polarity of heaven and earth as the form of our being and the energetic dance of who we are. The fire breath cleanses us, heals us and transforms us as we realise ourselves as a flow of energy directed by our consciousness.

 

We continue with the help of the flowering tree meditation to open our karmic chakra to expand it into our dharmic freedom in our energy body and our higher self. We then open our eleventh and twelfth chakras to receive the guidance of the star maidens and the wisdom of Mother Earth. We invite the female and male powers of the goddess and the god and marry them together in our fifteenth chakra.
